Всем привет. Хочу поделиться с вами своим опытом использования биржи kwork.ru. Те, кто давно следят за моей активностью, либо общался со мной в чате, могли слышать, что я уже рекомендовал эту биржу для заработка. Причем делал это искренне, на основе своего опыта взаимодействия с ней. Сегодня раскрою этот момент чуть подробнее.

С биржей kwork.ru я знаком давно. Думаю, что где-то года три назад я на ней зарегистрировался и начал немного взаимодействовать. В первую очередь я рассматривал ее в качестве дополнительного дохода после того, как ушел с регулярной офисной работы.

Смотрел примеры задач там, исследовал опыт и отзывы других исполнителей. На тот момент я прикинул, что мог бы там иметь доход в районе 60-100 т.р. при полной занятости с относительно свободным графиком работы. Для меня такой уровень дохода не подходил, поэтому идею работать там я отбросил. Тем не менее, активно рекомендовал обратить внимание на эту биржу тем, у кого его очная работа приносит доход меньше.

Потом я пробовал ставить тематическую рекламу в статьях на некоторые коворки с биржи, чтобы получать реферальный доход. Но, как и все реферальные программы из различных областей ИТ тематики, которые я пробовал, для меня оказались неэффективны. Доход не стоит затраченного времени, так что эту идею я тоже оставил.

Недавно ко мне обратились представители сервиса Kwork и предложили провести тест-драйв их площадки с позиции заказчика и поделиться своей честной оценкой и результатами. Мне не пришлось проводить тест драйв, так как уже был ранее успешный опыт работы через площадку. Я заказывал разработку скрипта на питоне. В итоге решил, что этот опыт может быть полезен остальным читателям, так что согласился на статью. Ниже рассказ обо всем этом с подробностями.

Что я заказывал на kwork

Мне нужно было написать скрипт на python, который после появления новой темы на форуме https://serveradmin.ru/forum/ отправлял бы ссылку на нее в мой чат системных администраторов — https://t.me/srv_admins. Посетители чата наверняка хорошо знакомы с этой историей, так как указанный скрипт работает до сих пор.

Я пошел в раздел скрипты и стал искать подходящий коворк. Сильно не заморачивался с выбором, просто нашел исполнителя с наилучшим рейтингом. Забыл важную деталь упомянуть. Прежде чем заказать разработку, я написал подробное ТЗ. Это практически основной залог успеха в любом деле.

Как происходит заказ

Указанное ТЗ я оформил в документе word и отправил исполнителю, которого нашел. Он посмотрел задание, оценил объем работы и предложил написать такой скрипт за 3000 р. Меня устраивало, так что он создал задание на эти 3000 р. в системе и отправил мне. Я его принял и дальше мы взаимодействовали в рамках этого задания.

Тут возникает закономерный вопрос, а зачем вообще дальше общаться через биржу, если можно просто перейти на прямое общение и все там согласовать, обсудить и т.д. Я лично ценю свое время, поэтому предпочел все сделать максимально прозрачно и через биржу, так как это защищает меня, как заказчика, от некачественной работы и затягивания сроков. В случае проблем, арбитаж, исходя из данных в задании, решает спорные моменты.

Все общение идет внутри платформы, в чате на странице задания. Туда я прикладываю ТЗ, там же мы обсуждаем стоимость и сроки. Когда работа была выполнена, исполнитель приложил сам скрипт и инструкцию по настройке. Я все проверил, задал несколько дополнительных вопросов, убедился, что скрипт рабочий и закрыл задачу, написав отзыв об исполнителе.

Задание было выполнено в течении суток. В первый день согласовали ТЗ, а на следующий день я получил свой рабочий скрипт. Написан он был хорошо, по всем канонам и правилам, был структурирован и прокомментирован. В общем, это был не говнокод, а нормальный код, который я без проблем разобрал и потом менял по мере необходимости.

В чем удобство kwork

А теперь несколько слов, почему я заказал исполнение именно там и в чем вообще удобство этой биржи. В первую очередь, она экономит время. Я мог бы написать этот скрипт и сам, но потратил бы существенно больше времени, чем исполнитель. Со своими заказчиками я сотрудничаю по тарифу 1500р. в час. Всю свою деятельность я оцениваю исходя из этих цифр. Мне не выгодно сидеть морщить лоб и в муках писать скрипты на питоне, который я плохо знаю. Максимум, правлю готовые скрипты, сам не пишу.

В kwork я потратил минут 10 на поиск исполнителя, потом в сумме около часа на все согласования, обсуждение и проверку работы. Мои затраты по времени час-полтора и 3000 р. Мне это банально выгодно.

Пару раз я пытался решить еще одну задачу с помощью kwork, но не смог найти исполнителя, который бы сделал хорошо то, что мне надо. Но задача там сильно не типовая была. А в целом, все типовые, стандартные задачи решаются быстро и просто. Эта биржа ориентирована в основном на типовые задачи и продает их оптом и в розницу как обычный товар. Вам нужна услуга, вы ее покупаете и максимально быстро получаете результат приемлемого качества. Не тратите на это много времени.

Система рейтинга исполнителей сильно помогает. К примеру, я постоянно пользуюсь сервисом youdoo в офлайне для выполнения небольших типовых задач (ремонт холодильника, стиралки, электрика и т.д.) Там подобный подход тоже хорошо работает, рекомендую.

Я периодически просматривал из любопытства задания с этой биржи. Например, какая-нибудь типовая настройка VPS за 500-1000р.

Как раз чем-то подобным я планировал заниматься, раскатывая различные конфигурации ансиблом. Вспоминаю, как много мне пишут различные люди с просьбой помочь решить какую-то задачу на сайте или хостинге. Так и хочется сказать: «Друг, камон, ты тратишь, свое и мое время, вместо того, чтобы банально заказать настройку у профи всего за 500 — 1000 р. Ты уверен, что поступаешь правильно?»

Вот что вы можете быстро и дешево сделать через kwork удаленно по ИТ теме:

  1. Настроить веб, почтовый сервер.
  2. Сделать типовой анализ скорости работы сайта и исправить явные технические ошибки. Эта услуга 100% стоит 500 или 1000 р. Владельцам веб сайтов рекомендую заказать подобную услугу, если видите, что сайт тормозит.
  3. Настроить Mikrotik.
  4. Настроить ЭЦП для всяких банков и тендеров. Некоторые люди часами мучаются, разбираясь в этих вещах, хотя специалист сделает это удаленно за 10 минут и сэкономит ваше время.
  5. Настройка VPN сервера.
  6. Написать какой-то парсер или скрипт, автоматизирующий простое действие.
  7. Настройка работы 1С на Linux.

Да и много всего другого. Перечислил то, что сходу пришло на ум.

Заключение

Я давно уже понял, что залог эффективной и прибыльной деятельности это делегирования всего того, что делаешь не очень, на сторону и фокусировка на своих сильных качествах и навыках.

Вот конкретно kwork тут может помочь. Не зря эта биржа так выросла за последнее время и имеет огромные обороты.

Недавно слушал подкаст одного предпринимателя, основателя биржи копирайтинга. Там он мельком коснулся темы kwork, как одного из самых крупных игроков на рынке фриланса. Он осторожно предположил, что одной только комиссии в месяц кворк может получать в районе миллиона долларов. Я не знаю, насколько это соответствует действительности, передаю его слова. Но факт в том, что эта биржа популярна последнее время.

Так что рекомендую обратить внимание на нее как с точки зрения делегирования типовой и рутинной работы, так и с точки зрения заработка в ИТ теме. Она как раз очень хорошо ложится на рабочую модель этой фриланс биржи. Хорошим специалистам и мастерам автоматизации она предоставляет возможность удаленно получать доход выше среднего по России, как минимум. Жителям депрессивных регионов это шанс нормально жить у себя на родине и не уезжать в тесные мегаполисы.

Disgusting playground. We made a new commission, which is 5% for customers. Freelancer commission is 20%, withdrawal commission is 3%. This is the most predatory stock exchange in existence. Constant bugs on the site, constantly down site. Website support is always on the buyer’s side, although the exchange will close without freelancers.

I earnestly ask you to avoid this service, you will not be able to make money here. Service is terrible!

“My work experience on Kwork”

Since April 13,2017, I have been working on the freelance platform Kwork. I came here without any experience and gradually I started earning my first money using the poke method. I learned how to create websites on wordpress using free courses. This was the beginning of my main earnings here. Then I started adding more creative products, coming up with a domain name, creating a group on a social network, registering, etc. For many people, time is more expensive than a couple of bucks. Yes, it may seem that this is a penny for the performer, but believe my experience, when you have a trained hand, templates are prepared, the work is done quickly, literally in 30 minutes. So earning even a few bucks in 30 minutes is not bad enough. And while you are doing one task, you may receive another order.

Do I recommend Kwork? Definitely yes! I am from Russia, I attach photos of my achievements below. Good luck to all and greetings from Russia.
